Ben was extremely helpful/ptofessional/fun involved everyone in every discussion and was clear in his presentations.
The facilitator was really good and experienced and I learnt a good way to distract and engage positively with my patients. Some challenging behaviour are sometimes ways of communicating their issues and I really need to listen actively to understand what they are trying to pass across. It was very impactful. I really enjoyed my time.
I found the Positive Behaviour Support course informative, engaging, and relevant to my role. The content was presented clearly and helped me develop a better understanding of the principles of PBS and how they can be applied in practice. Excellent trainer - very clear and informative
Very well delivered. Trainer very knowledgeable and promoted fantastic learning. Able to answer all questions fully and all demonstrations clear. Theory session interesting and very informative. I gained a lot out of the session.
