Really good, enjoyed this course and found it interesting
Great trainer. Knowledgeable and approachable. Really useful. Liked the online format
Rachael delivered the training really well. She made it really interesting, relevant and real. She gave us all the theory but also translated into real life scenarios that brought PBS to life. The training went at an appropriate pace. Rachael was always checking in with us to make sure that we understood and would make time for questions and answers. Thank you. Great training
Found the course interesting, enjoyed working through the booklet rather than just following along on slides, was good to interact with other members, Rachel was very informative and helpful.
