Great group of instructors. Lots of reassertion of the main points. Despite time constraints made room for questions and allowance of case studies.
Adam only lost a star because he tended to talk super fast and I found it quite tough to follow at times.
Excellent course - very informative and engaging. Best training days I have had in my 10 year career. Brilliant!

Super course covers all that I needed to know in great depth. Would have liked some role play elements tho as an added addition to the learning .
