Good to refresh and check content of the course, plenty of opportunity to ask questions and discuss within the group.

Discussion with others was useful and the way in which Kirsty and Rachael facilitated discussion and encouraged teaching of skills helped me to feel more confident in my delivery of training.

Level 3 day was great. Kirstie taught effective techniques to keep a patient / service user safe. Breaks as needed. Great attitude and feeling in the room. Techniques work and were proven to work for us in the examples. Thank you :)
