Well run course. Friendly training by Ben

Fun and interactive, felt open to ask questions whenever I wanted and that no question was stupid. Liam was really informative, understanding with subject based questions we had and took the time to think about them and answer them as well as come up with solutions for us.

Liam was a fantastic trainer for level 3, understanding of the potential trauma restraint can cause to staff as well as patients. wish I had this training earlier in my career.

Kieran very clear and understanding though out the course

The trainer was very informative and knowledgeable and made the course to be fun and relaxed even on a hot day in a very warm room.
