Good course, well presented and useful as a refresher

Really enjoyed the course today lots of interesting discussions and great trainer who really knows his subject and was able to answer all questions
I enjoyed the training session. There was a good mix of theory & interaction which was delivered by a very knowledgeable individual who was able to supply examples to the groups different work areas. Whilst my department doesn't experience behaviours of concern very often I now feel better prepared to be able to use descalation techniques & may also be able to use it with managing a large team of staff

Overall I think the session was quite long and would have appreciated the chance to stand up and participate. However the content was really in depth applying studies I wouldn’t have thought to consider. I think Ben did a great job getting everyone to participate and engage within the session.
