I thought this was some of the best training I have done since I have been at Home Group this will be so good to be able to have all colleagues trained in this so we can enhance our customer experience. Excellent trainer felt so at ease, nerves disappeared within the first half an hour of the course. So much detail in the way tge course is explained and easy to understand. Andy is one of the best trainers iv every come across looking forward to the next refresher course

Well led and well informed. Interesting/ practical examples as far as Covid rules allow. Ashleigh knows what she is talking about and was happy to answer questions
