The trainer (Kirstie) was very knowledgeable and excellent at conveying this information. Their experience in the field was clear and they presented a reassuring approach to teaching the necessary materials. Some good inclusions of personal experiences which were relevant, timely and of an engaging nature. 10/10 would recommend :)
Very informative, interesting & an enjoyable 3 days worth of training. Lots of group activities to get everyone involved.
The teacher/trainer lead the course in a way which meant it was personalised to the staff so it was more understandable and relatable, informative and enjoyable, felt like I could speak my mind and ask questions without being judged
Lots of information on the PowerPoint Plenty of time for questions to be asked Individual practice so any missholds can be corrected
Very positive and practical skills development.
