Amazing as always! Great to catch up and refresh

Very good refresher I was able to get some good tips that will be useful for my staff with current packages. Both trainers were very helpful.

Was really good to have open discussions with other delegates about what they are doing in their settings. Giving us fresh ideas on how to deliver different aspects of the course but also to discuss any problems we have had within the delivery. Both instructors were really supportive and listened to the needs of everyone.

Helped me to focus on key areas for delivery and reminded me of a few of the finer points of the physical skills teaching. Trainer promoted really good discussion amongst the group, which gave me several points to look at further in my own work context.
