Best teacher ever! makes learning fun and easy.
Rachael was very warm and welcoming, ensured all participants felt included in the course and checked understanding throughout. Colleagues that had completed the course previously with another trainer, commented that Rachael explained the techniques in a far clearer way than the previous trainer. As a result they felt more confident practicing the techniques.
Really informative, enjoyed the trainer, trainer approachable, positive and good communication skills
Very enthusiastic trainer. Andy was very knowledgeable and got me rethinking my teaching techniques as a trainer.
Really enjoyable refresher. Learnt more about the background of PBS and how to improve on course delivery.
