The RRN Level 3 training was highly informative and well-structured. The course provided a strong balance between theory and practical application, helping to build both knowledge and confidence in managing restrictive physical interventions safely and ethically. The emphasis on legal frameworks, duty of care, and least restrictive practice was particularly valuable and relevant to real-world scenarios. Ben delivered the training in a clear, engaging, and professional manner. He demonstrated excellent subject knowledge and was able to explain complex concepts in a way that was easy to understand

Ben has been very supportive and guiding throughout the course with all the necessarily techniques which made things look very very easy and simple and did not need to use much force.
