The course was very good, trainer made you feel relaxed so you were able to take in more and not feel pressured as I have previously.
-Get to know each customer naturally good practise and to listen enhances we are working within practice as a team to give continuity for vulnerable MH customers. -Learnt some hormones and how effects behaviour will google and learn more. -My preference instead of speaking out prefer hands up so all take turns and write answers gets everyone involved. -Overall good presentation Thank you.
