Was good to have a refresher on the techniques. Also made me think about the way I work
Kirstie was very energetic and fun and made the course go fast and easy to understand. The physical side was easy to understand and it was good to refresh
Stu taught the course very well and was very helpful. I think some of the information was a bit drawn out, and repetitive, but overall a good course and happy with everything.
Bubs was great, thorough with the content and very approachable throughout
The course exceeded my expectations l learnt a lot of things and the trainer was wonderful.
Great course, a much better understanding of de-escalation and distraction
It was easy to understand and practical where well demonstrated.
