Great teaching, very informative, didn't feel like we were having the training from 9 to 5. I can't think of how this could be delivered better, amazing training.
Was absolutely amazing, Rachel was amazing she delivered the course in such an excellent manner. I usually cannot focus or retain that much information in one sitting however I was able to learn a lot and retain all information. Very good techniques and pedagogy. Absolutely loved the course. Great content fantastic trainers! At last some behaviour and physical intervention training that focuses on de escalation and relationships before power and control, really enjoyed it and was left feeling able to trust that if I was in a situation that required physical intervention I would have the tools to do this in a dignified and lawful way putting the child’s safety and well-being first
The course was excellent, Rachel and Johnathan are excellent trainers and they made the easy to understand. I will recommend this course to other schools and organisations.
