On Line training posses problems regarding interaction, However Kirstie was brilliant really knew her subject well. To have Stevie there who could explain what it is like to live with mental health issues was great. I have left with a better understanding of how to approach someone who may be struggling with mental heath problems and feel better equipped to deal with this type of situation
It's the first time I've done a course like this. It was very good very useful. The course covered a wide area of behaviours legislation and practical elements very well taught
The trainer was very good and thorough and is an excellent trainer had a very calm manner and felt comfortable asking questions.
Course was very useful, explained and demonstrated well. Good feedback given after each section.
