Course was really good, great content and Rachael was a really informed in this subject area and interesting and proactive facilitator. Going into rooms worked really well and gave us time to discuss topic together. Thank you

long winded and easy to feel fatigued but brilliantly taught, in depth and great attention to detail. The trainer was excellent at bringing previously taught information back in to our later conversations helping us to become more familiar with the large amount of information we had to digest. I feel confident with what I have been taught thanks to her.
