I have done 3 PBS courses with sherwood and I feel like I have walked away with so much Knowledge, especially Learning about feeling, thinking and action gave me a different outlook on how the actions are given, and how it isn’t there fault, also talking about leaving the room and letting them damage their own property instead of hurting yourself in a restraint our bodies are more important and so is theirs. I definitely have a different outlook and I think Josh has a very good way of explaining, thank him for his time to teach this.
Enjoyed the course, more so as the course was split into 2 different days. Kirstie was a very nice lady. Sometimes training can become repetitive as I have done PBS training numerous times due to working in care for a long time however I learned a few different things.
Trainer was very good at answering the questions.

Handbook with visual representation would enhance knowledge if provided. The training was great and trainer is experienced not just as trainer but as someone who can relate training with life scenarios.
