Excellent course and subject knowledge, practical scenarios to base techniques against.
It is comforting to have the knowledge that the trainers in school are so focused on supporting staff and students
Really informative. I really enjoyed the group interactive sessions.
Vicky and Abbi made a dull and serious topic fun.
Today was very informative. Although it was a refresher course it felt good to speak on topics that I may have forgotten about. The teaching was great and made sure all participants understood.
Good refresher of the PBS course, reminding us of strategies to use in all situations.
A good resource training and suitable for my job role.
The course was an absolute eye opener to non restrictive tactics and how physical restriction is the last resort. Great course overall.
