A very educational course, enabling me to learn skills for both home and work life, Lee rafter hands down made this course enjoyable and professional generally a kind hearted and understanding trainer.

Lee rafter was a great trainer, he made the training fun and engaging. He made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. Lee was brilliant I feel comfortable in my pbs approach now and feel confident in the work place. I had a great 3 day training course!!! Thanks so much Lee!!!!! :)

Lee’s teaching had me engaged, I initially wasn’t that interested but I’d look into PBS myself. Good listener, makes you feel comfortable, would take his course in the future. Real good energy. Give him a raise. ; )

The content of thr course was really informative and will help me going forwards to improve my own service and my own way of working. Refreshing on the breakaway techniques has made me more confident in using them. The course was made fun and informative for a great day overall.

I’m very well satisfied with the whole training overall,I have got more in depth knowledge on PBS and even the physical training skills..I’m more confident enough to apply this skills and it was well trained with a lot of patience and professionalism. I’m really impressed It was really interesting and educative
