AI summary of reviews

Consistently knowledgeable, patient and engaging trainers are the provider’s clearest strength, making complex theory accessible through humour, real-life examples, discussion and hands-on practice. Attendees value the safe, supportive atmosphere, clear explanations, thoughtful adaptations and opportunities to ask questions and repeat techniques until confident. Courses are generally well structured and paced, with useful breaks, and learning transfers directly to workplace practice and everyday situations; a few attendees find some sessions longer or more repetitive than necessary.

Fiona demonstrated all technics in detail. I developed my knowledge further on when to use physical restraint, and the importance of communication and record keeping.

Fiona was very positive, very understanding of individual needs and abilities, more so towards people with injuries/ disabilities. The training was very good, very instructive, made points on where we were all going right or wrong, the ways to do each move. Helping us learn that the restraint will always be a last resort and very limited (only when absolutely necessary) every time it is used and every single way we can bring the people we support to a safe level for them and those around without the need for restraining. Overall a great course, very informative, would recommend every care facility using this training course.
