A very good helpful course as facilitied by Lee Rafter. It was useful to learn the break away techniques. Although I'm quite anxious as a person Lee was friendly and inviting anything which needed explaining again Lee was quite happy to do, and was helpful during the practical as I felt a little anxious.

Lee Rafter was a great trainer, he was so funny and confident and made me and everyone feel at ease. He had a tremendous knowledge and his delivery was perfectly done and his past experiences were very informative and helped understand the course even deeper. Thanks Lee lovely guy.
