Good refresher course Good knowledge of information and holds
The trainer has delivered a good course. However, there should be provision of water in the training room incase trainees gets dehydrated. In overall the training is good and applicable in my current job role. I am confident to carry out all that has been learnt on the job.

It's been totally great. I have gained a lot of knowledge on positive behaviour support from this training. The tutoring was excellent. The environment was conducive and had a lot of space. The practically lessons also taught me a lot on how to perform a restriction during emergency and also how to defend yourself. It has been great overall. I really enjoyed it.
