I had previously done this course. It was a good refresher/reminder of knowledge/awareness.
Great instructor, positive attitude. Course was interesting and I have learned some new skills to approach my role in supported living. A lot to take in during the course but some valuable information during the day. Has given me a new understanding of certain techniques that I should be looking to use in my job role. Thanks
