Excellent speaker, felt very safe. Learnt very important skills including breakaway skills as last resort - try not to get to that position by using communication. Easy to learn as amusing at times and never picked on to speak etc

I feel more confident now then I did before in previous training as the training was much more clearer and the trainer was professional, kind and remained respectful towards everyone it was a very well organised training
