Really happy with the course . Fiona was very engaging
I feel the theory part is unnecessary as a refresher as it's theory which we practice on a day to day basis at work. I don't feel speaking over this each year expands my knowledge as I already know it due to practice. I also feel the company should be providing lunch considering its such a long day. I know it got stopped due to covid but that should no longer be an excuse. Having a lunch from jasper's was the one thing there was to look forward to as training can be quite daunting. The trainer jemma Smith is by far the best tutor I've had with the best attitude and manners.

Learnt a lot, very relevant, learnt a lot of different skills and knowledge about our job and service users that I didn’t know before. the trainer Ben was very passionate and very engaging.
I learnt so much over the past three days. Ben was an amazing tutor, the way he taught was not only in a polite and profession manner, he was thorough and had a sense of humour to make it more enjoyable.
Ben delivered the training professionally. Made me feel comfortable and settled. Everything was explained so that it was easy to follow and understand. I came away with the confidence and knowledge of the tools needed to keep my service users and myself safe.
