Fantastic training opportunity. I had no experience of breakaways or RPI but after the 3 day training, i feel confident to use this. It was useful that Adam gave lots of examples of what RPI should be used in different circumstances. Demonstrations all very clear and easy to follow.
I found the course content covered a wide range of subjects that link closely to the nature of our school and the challenges we are presented with, I found that Adam was very knowledgeable, kept the course interesting and delivered it well.
As a complete beginner I felt the course was perfect and informative and gave me skills I will use in my new role
Very informative course that I think will benefit me in my current job role. Shaun Greygoose was very knowledgeable and patient with questions and concerns.
As a newcomer to this kind of environment and having not had any similar training beforehand I found this course extremely effective and I feel much more confident in what techniques to use, from primary strategies onwards. Sean was a fantastic teacher who took time to explain everything clearly and listen to everyone’s feedback and concerns about everyday situations and was able to offer straightforward advice and suggestions.
