It was one of the best professional trainings ever in my profession. Ben and Johnathon made all participants to clearly understand the theory and how to use practically the new restraining techniques. Both were very patient, friendly and very approachable. They made my day as I learned a lot of new practical things.
Was very useful training. Trainer provided excellent information and real life examples. Could be improved by mor epeoole being on the training course. As there was only me. Other than that it was brilliant.
