Really thorough training. Answered all questions in a professional manner.
Really useful information, delivered effectively and efficiently. Good level of presentation, involvement and physical.
Timed very well, made interesting, was fun, understanding and taught in a way to remember. Over all an excellent course
Brilliant learn a lot of new skills. Trainer excellent the entire group and was engaged throughout. Enjoyed the theory side as it was delivered well and trainer answered any questions. Hope trainer is doing further sessions for other staff in FSO
The course was very useful and feel like I can take away what I have learnt to apply to work. I do not think there is any improvements that could be made.
Fantastic few days! Liam very friendly and took time to help if couldn’t quite get a certain technique. Feel confident going into services with new breakaway techniques and more information. Thank you Liam 😊
Gemma is a fantastic trainer and very informative
Matt was highly engaging, experienced and personable. It went by quickly but I took a lot from each session.
