My trainer John Carrier was the best trainer I have worked with and had the best knowledge and I have worked in residential for five years. I have learning difficulties and I have felt supported throughout the whole course. I feel confident moving forward in my job role, and I would recommend Sherwood to all school, residential school residential homes and sixteen plus provisions. I have enjoyed my last three days.
When at school, the most engaging and passionate teacher can make a boring subject interesting. The most exciting subject can also be made boring. John (trainer) could make the most boring subject interesting. He kept me engaged, he was passionate and had alot of stories and experience which also helps when teaching others. He is somebody the company needs to keep hold of to keep teaching people about PBS. I believe this is something every member of society should know from parents and children to teachers and doctors. I'm grateful to have taken part and to have discovered PBS. I will take this information and continue to develop and expand on my knowledge. Genuinely, my children have a better dad and the children at my school have a better teacher. I feel completely confident and able to support them and equip them with the tools they need to have better opportunities in life. The course delivery was flawless. Thank you John.

Fantastic training opportunity. I had no experience of breakaways or RPI but after the 3 day training, i feel confident to use this. It was useful that Adam gave lots of examples of what RPI should be used in different circumstances. Demonstrations all very clear and easy to follow.
