I have had a good course with Liam today he has reminded me of things I was not sure about which I had done last year And been brilliant with the breakaway techniques on reminding me which way I need to go when am breaking away
Very professionally ran. Informative, and provides a theoretical evidenced based approach providing rationale for what and why we do things. New approach to PBS, Kirstie very approachable and made the usual ‘tiring’ training fun and enjoyable.
Great knowledge of course and left very comfortable to be able to perform breakaway techniques.
