Really engaging. Brilliant stories and very relevant. Learnt a lot and much prefer not having to do all breakaway strategies and just perfecting the ones needed. Much more person centred.
I enjoyed the part on the legislation and safeguarding. It's always good to refresh knowledge. I like that we learnt the techniques we are needing to use and not ones that are not relevant to our services
