I feel as though this training was very helpful. The trainer was amazing and did his job brilliantly. All involved were very enthusiastic and took part very well. I would happily do this training again with Ben. He was great.

Very engaging course with realistic enthusiastic trainer. I didn’t expect to be strong enough to manage but now understand it’s about technique and feel confident. Useful to experience being in a hold also to appreciate from young person’s perspective. Hopefully I won’t need to use it as I have also learned a lot about behaviours and techniques to de-escalate.

The training was of high quality and relevant to my workplace. I learnt a number of different ways to de-escalate a situation before going into the restraint and how to do it effectively. We used lots of examples and the trainer corrected where necessary and was vigilant. It was interactive and enjoyable. I wish Ben ran the sessions on day 1 and 2.
