The training will be very useful on my acute unit with lots of complex patients. Also will encourage my colleagues to book on the course. Kirstie Reynolds has been amazing throughout the training.

Excellent course. I deal with complaints on a daily basis at work & it has really taught me to look into the person & why they may be behaving a certain way before I make assumptions.
