First 2 days was a lot to take in but Gemma was brilliant and it was clear from the beginning what the relevance of the course content was in relation to my school. The third 3 day was also very intense but Matt's knowledge of breakout's and restraining techniques was incredible as was his ability to explain what I was doing wrong and how to rectify my techniques. Although I would rather not use these techniques, I am very confident that if I had to, and no doubt I will, be able to use my knowledge to de-escalate situations in school.
Fantastic course- great refresher Both trainers very knowledgable Will definitely be adapting plans to fit with PBS for team to understand.
Absolutely amazing trainers and informative. I loved the phsycology addition Ben added when explaining in depth about trauma.

The course was absolutely fantastic. The 3 days have been throughly enjoyable and I feel that Ben and Rachael are passionate about teaching something which they love. I have learnt so much and will be sure to use the primary strategies in my work
Trainers were excellent and knowledgable. Very engaging and clearly cared about the job they do.
Both Rachel and Ben very much underestand theatre children that we will be working with and therefore presented the training in such a way that I am feel very confident keeping that I was unsure. This training received for the past three days will definately help to keep children safe. Thank you
