It was extremely helpful to understand where the school is going and how we should all be using positive behaviour support. Quality of the content was excellent and Dan & Hannah made it fun also. Nice balance of theory and practice. I feel much better prepared and confident to deal with issues that come into reception. Thank you

Very good course , trainer was very knowledgeable and clear with all instructions and holds , she was approachable and the whole course was impressive
