Sherwood Training Reviews

Today’s Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) training was very insightful and engaging. It really helped me understand the importance of looking beyond a person’s behaviour to identify the underlying causes and triggers. The session highlighted how positive approaches, patience, and empathy can make a big difference when supporting individuals who display challenging behaviour. I found the examples and practical strategies very useful, and I now feel more confident in applying what I’ve learned in my daily practice. It was truly an eye-opener and a great reminder of how person-centred support can lead to better outcomes for both patients and staff. Overall, it was a valuable and well-delivered session that I would highly recommend to others.Response : Hi Ibhade, Thank you for your detailed feedback. We’re delighted to hear you found the PBS training insightful and engaging, and that it deepened your understanding of positive, person-centred approaches. It’s great to know you feel more confident applying these strategies in your daily practice. We hope what you’ve learned will continue to benefit you within your role.

Very interesting and interactive. Was expecting a boring lecture, but turned out to be other way around. Enjoyed the session and has got something to take home. Lecturer was outstanding in what he did.
