Very informative sessions, was able to grasp the techniques and different models on how to approach different behaviours and situations. I felt Lee was very engaging & passionate about the subject matter. I found Lee very easy to talk too. I also thought Lee was a very good listener & he was also very good at reflecting/mirroring back the behaviour of the staff attending the course.
