Found Kirstie to be an excellent trainer in what I would say were difficult circumstances. Many of the staff had no prior knowledge but some had lots and yet Kirstie made the course relevant to all experience levels. Her positive attitude was infectious and her knowledge and personal examples she gave really helped me learn. I have really enjoyed the course and at the start I was a little nervous being the only male in the group.

Personally with someone who struggles to sit and concentrate for too long, Ben was extremely good. He changed his teaching style through out! Ben also changed his voices for different characters this was a extremely helpful and made understanding extremely well! Thanks Ben! You were great :)
