Incredibly passionate about care and that shows in the enthusiasm in which he teaches. Kept us interested and engaged throughout every day and I took in all of the information that was given. It’s the first time I’ve throughly enjoyed training and wish it was longer.
Absolutely fantastic trainer really delivered the content of the course to a very high standard. Would love for him to be recognised within the company of the standard he delivers

The course was very informative and delivered well. Ben is a good, engaging trainer with excellent knowledge. He kept the course interesting. I have gained confidence with the new skills that I have learnt.
