Lee has been brilliant with explaining in detail what everything means and even went as far as to share personal experiences as an example too. Felt very comfortable with asking questions and was always relieved to have an answer easy to understand.

Outstanding Ben has a great warm friendly personality with a great sense of humour all respectfully within the context of the training which was very personalised to my son’s needs. Ben is able to relate to the staff, myself and Care Provider Manager with equality and respect and kindness and care.
