I have enjoyed the course highlights the importance of we can do to help the people we support. Really good Trainers very good knowledge made the course interesting and fun.
The course covered every I feel I need to know to do my job safely. The trainer was excellent with a wealth of knowledge on the sector I work in. He made the course fun and interesting whilst imparting the knowledge I needed.
Only reason 3 stars for knowledge is because I have done this course before and already had a understanding of PBS…. But lots of new things also learnt Thank you
Would have appreciated more physical practice than slides. Slides were a repeat and not as useful.
Had training by Lee raft over the last two days really good well led learnt a lot also how to brake way very thorough with the course willing yo help and re show If did not understand
