The trainer was passionate about his teaching and the teachings were spot on. Quite clear and detailed. In particular, the practical aspect was quite intense and interesting.
The trainer had exceptional experience and knowledge in teaching in physical breakaway training and was able to present this to myself so I gained more knowledge and understanding in this. I am able to share this with my staff team to reduce PWS further
