Relevant content, informative and valid. Plenty of opportunity to go over steps and ask questions. Great learning environment and feel confident in approach to keeping pupils safe.
Put at ease straight away, very knowledgeable
Lots of useful information mixed with anecdotes and examples made the course really interesting. Good pace, useful practical work and relevant to role and working environment. Well paced with time to answer questions and go over areas not so confident.

Course good but far too much sitting and break cut short therefore did not feel comfortable to use bathroom or make a drink. Content good, trainer knowledgeable, but more time required as it was an overload.
