100% our trainer did an excellent course, taught us well, had a good sense of humour had a good laugh as well,, met other people who were very friendly..
Trainer was really polite & friendly.Language used was easily understood and practical classes were fun and techniques easy to remember.

We believe that the time taken to consider reasons for behaviour, proactive strategies to reduce behaviours of concern and learning de-escalation skills are essential prior to learning any physical intervention techniques. Honestly, the best training course I have atteneded. Dave was passionate and enthusiastic throughout and extremely approachable. Course content is directly relatable to my working practice and will no doubt make me a better support worker.
