Really good with demonstrations and provided clear and concise information.
I like the fact that this courses main focus is on positive behaviour support that doesn’t just concentrate on physical holds but instead builds knowledge and confidence in people’s skills in communication and awareness.
Very good training and trainer. After 5 years of receiving this training, the knowledge and consistency delivered by the team is excellent. Changes are thoroughly explained and the relaxed yet serious approach is appropriate to the nature of the course and beneficial to it's participants.

Both instructor were great. Explained in detail about the subject matter, and provided examples and real life scenarios. Related the training to our actual day to day practise. Was interactive and enjoyable.
