Day 1 training- really impressed with how it was laid out. It was a long day of theory but Dave made it fun,funny,relatable to the job and his experience came across. Day 2 - with becky. Again fun very informative and took her time to engage everyone in the training. Went over moves with us all when we felt we needed it. I am a returning member of staff from years ago and i feel the training we recieve now is so much better. Having trainers who have done the job and bring their own experiences forward and through the training really makes a difference and real to the job we will be doing. Thankyou to both And rosie too

Great refresher course, I find training hard but not this course using tools to keep you engaged and don't get board
Very informative and lots of really useful information
Johnathan was really engaging. It was a great 3 days, he has lots of experience he can draw upon to give context to the theory. He was appropriate with his level of humour and had just as much fun with us in our breaks as when delivering the training. He was very clear and respectful
Overall had a great experience feel I have gained so much from the course I can take back to the work setting
