Liam was absolutely brilliant in the teaching and breaking down the concept on how I can effectively discharge positive behaviour support to the service users.
The course was absolutely phenomenal. It was a huge value for the time and an eye opener. I really enjoyed it and I am obviously leaving with a better perspective towards a better value delivery at work.
