The training was presented in a thorough way and understandable way. Everyone was made to feel comfortable and everyone was able to participate and have their question's answered.
I enjoyed the way the content was broken down into sections instead of having everything thrown at us in one big lump I also appreciated being assessed in small groups rather than having to perform manoeuvres with lots of people watching

Gemma was fantastic she spent he time with each individual to make sure the were confident anf competent
Gemma is a great trainer, she is so empathic and she did a great job of working to pace for everyone and explaining everything clearly.
