Andy was great a delivery the course. He was very clear and felt able to ask question when needed. It would be ideal if some of the trainers slide were in the book. Overall I really find the course help and will support the role I do at my setting. This course was fantastic beginning to end, informative and interesting. Andy our trainer was great and gave us all advice and support when needed and supported us in beginning confident with what we have learnt. He was patient and answered any questions we had. We hope to see him next year for our refresher
