Very detailed course, very knowledgeable trainer. Having had this training elsewhere in the last 12 months, I was surprised to find I learned more on this course and found the physical skills made much more sense. Andy had the perfect mix of relaxed and serious.

I have loved this training . It’s full on but very beneficial for taking into the workplace . I feel as though I can ask for continued advice as a follow up should I need It . I have learnt so much but know I won’t remember it all and so the resources ( workbooks , person specific Pictures of techniques ) that are available to us from this company will be extremely handy for me . Thank you Andy !!

Absolutely amazing course. Taught me a lot of knew things and ways of defence aswel as restraint. Things i have been able to pass onto my children for future reference

Very informative and comprehensive around the skills and focus needed to support customers more effectively. Down to earth, real and engaging. Will remember some anecdotes as e.g.s to work from.
