Fantastic training by Jonathan and explained things better than I had been able to understand any training before, and I'm terrible in learning situations normally. The only thing I would say as a bit to improve, is the talk a tad slower for the people who have English as a second language. I did find a few of the people were lacking slightly as he is quite speedy! He was able to see when the group needed a break or a little extra help, and discuss people's own opinions. Very happy that he helped me to be able to understand and complete the course! Thank you.

John was excellent at dilevering material and super enthusiastic. I loved the 3 days of this course, one of the main reason being John's excellent dilevery of the course and encouragement throughout.

Nice atmosphere, small group, in-depth discussions without pressure. For the first time the breakaway techniques didn't feel intimidating. Lee made me/us all feel comfortable and was able to work through any difficulties. A pleasant course and the time management was brill. Thanks Lee.

A fantastic refresher, ideal for our needs. Informative, interesting, inclusive and well paced. The right amount of lighthearted moments to balance some of the heavier content. Absolutely spot on and relevant.
