Very informative with a steady learning curve. Tolerance from tutors was amazing and made for an excellent training course.

Andy was a brilliant trainer at the start of the week I lacked confidence and wasn’t sure how I would do on this course but with Andy’s help I got a good understanding of the course and my confidence has grown. Andy made me feel comfortable and his knowledge of the subject is amazing

After completing the RRN training I feel more than able that I can deliver the training confidently, concisely and safely. This is down to the instructor AW who has built my confidence and help me understand RRN/PBS to now where I can deliver RRN with accuracy and confidence
