Absolutely fantastic course. I have learnt so much even though I have been on pbs courses before this was simple, person centred and individualised to the person I am supporting.

Cannot praise enough on how this course is taught. A breath of fresh air in the care Industry on how to offer the correct support to service users and to see things from there point of view. A must for all care staff. Ben was a great help and a credit to the company.
