Great course, learnt so much from it, I have never done PBS before. I have learned all breakaway moves. I will know how to it to use in future if need be. And Linsey was amazing! Thank you 😊

Kirstie was such a diamond and I have learnt so much and can't wait to apply these methods to my new role
I have really enjoyed this course and learnt so much, I will use what I’ve learnt in my every day practice and use all the theory to avoid restrain in any way that I can. Kirstie has been so helpful and has such a good attitude to helping us learn- thank you so much.
I enjoyed the course , Kirstie was very clear , i will not be using the restraint unless the citizen is in a life threatening situation ,i will be using distraction techniques and de escalation techniques , i have allready used the techinques at work the last shift i was on and it really did work to sort the situation out

It's been a really interesting and worthwhile course and I have learnt a lot Kirsty is a great teacher and I have learnt many diffent techniques and feel more confident in the future how too deal with a situation it's been brilliant would definitley recommend thankyou
